What Is the General Funds Campaign?
Our General Funds Campaign is the heartbeat of our rescue operation. Unlike targeted fundraisers tied to a single pet or event, these unrestricted general funds give our team the flexibility to respond to whatever our animals need most — when they need it most.
Whether it's emergency veterinary care, daily food and supplies, transportation costs, or spay/neuter services, your donation goes directly toward giving animals the second chance they deserve.
Where Your Donation Goes
Every dollar contributed to our General Funds directly supports:
- 🏥 Veterinary care — routine check-ups, vaccinations, emergency surgeries, and medical treatments
- 🍖 Food and nutrition — high-quality meals for every animal in our care
- 🚗 Transport and rescue operations — fuel and logistics to pull animals from shelters across Texas and beyond
- ✂️ Spay/neuter programs — reducing pet overpopulation and improving animal welfare
- 🏠 Foster and adoption support — supplies, training resources, and support for our incredible foster families
Why Your Support Matters Right Now
Animal rescues like ours operate entirely on the generosity of donors, volunteers, and advocates just like you. Shelters are full, strays are on the rise, and the need for compassionate rescue organizations has never been greater. Your support — no matter the size — makes a real, tangible difference in the lives of animals waiting for their forever homes.
"Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog, the world will change forever."
How to Make a Donation
Contributing to our General Funds Campaign is quick, easy, and secure. You can make a one-time gift or set up a recurring donation to provide ongoing support for our animals throughout the year. Every contribution — whether it's $5 or $500 — fuels our mission.
