Information you provide
Depending on the form or service you use, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, address, animal names, application information, event or party details, donor preferences, order information, and messages to our team. Newsletter forms also record the email and text-message choices you select. Payment details are entered through the connected checkout service.
How information is used
Information supports applications, animal-care coordination, responses to inquiries, event registration, donations, matching commitments, purchases, and the communications you request. The information needed depends on the activity you choose.
Forms and service providers
Our connected form, contact-management, commerce, and payment services process the information needed to receive and manage your submission or transaction. Applications and some event registrations open on other services. Review the notices and terms shown there before submitting information.
Mobile information and text messaging
Your phone number and selected text-message preference are sent to our form and contact-management service when you submit a form. Wix SMS is our text-message provider. SMS and email choices are separate. A phone number alone does not select SMS consent, and the optional SMS box starts unchecked.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver text messages, such as our messaging platform. Our form, contact-management and messaging service providers process this information to support our services.
Newsletter and request-form SMS options describe updates about adoptions, fostering, events, and fundraising. Read the consent text on the form you use and our Terms & Conditions for text messaging and SMS terms.
Browser storage and analytics
The website uses browser storage for features such as the shopping cart, selected options, popup dismissal, and your Google Analytics preference. Google Analytics loads after you allow it through the Google Analytics control in the footer. You can return to that control to change your choice.
Pet directories and other embedded services
The adoption directory loads the Lilly Bean script directly. That service can receive the full adoption-page URL, including query parameters and the fragment, and store a persistent browser identifier. It operates independently of your Google Analytics choice; declining Google Analytics does not stop the adoption-directory service.
The foster directory, employer-matching search, and embedded media also make requests to their service providers when loaded or used. Those providers can receive network and browser information and handle information you enter into their tools under their own policies. Links to adoption, foster, volunteer, event, and shopping services may take you away from this website.
Your choices and requests
You can submit the website forms without selecting optional SMS or email consent. To stop text messages, reply STOP. For text-message help, reply HELP or email info@threelittlepittiesrescue.org.
Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or available limits on sharing of your information. You may also use our data-sharing request form. We may need information to locate your record and verify a request. Some records may need to be retained for operational, financial, or legal reasons.
