What Is the General Funds Campaign?
Our General Funds Campaign is the backbone of everything we do. Unlike designated campaigns that target a specific animal or medical procedure, the General Fund ensures that we can say "yes" to the next animal who needs us — no matter what it takes.
From daily food and supplies to emergency vet visits, transport coordination across the country, foster support, and outreach events — every dollar donated to the General Fund flows directly into the work of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals across Texas and beyond.
How Your Donation Makes a Difference
Wondering what your gift actually covers? Here's a look at what your contribution helps fund:
- 🐾 Medical Care: Vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries, emergency treatments, and long-term rehabilitation for animals in our care.
- 🏠 Foster Support: Supplies, food, and resources for our incredible network of foster families who open their hearts and homes.
- 🚐 Transport: Coordinating safe transport for animals from Texas shelters to adoptive families across the nation — reaching over 300 pets annually.
- 📣 Outreach & Events: Community events, adoption fairs, and education programs that grow our impact and find forever homes.
- 🐕 Rescue Operations: Pulling animals from overcrowded and underfunded shelters before it's too late.
Every Amount Counts
There is no donation too small. Whether you give once or set up a recurring weekly, monthly, or yearly gift, your support adds up to something extraordinary. Recent donors like the generous members of our community have already stepped up — and every single contribution brings us closer to our goal of giving every animal a second chance at life.
